Assisted Interventions was formed by two principals, Clinton De Rozario and Joseph Carroll. Clinton and Joe observed a need to create a firm which upheld the higher standards of client care which each personally considered as sacrosanct in the work of assisting families during a critical time of transition.
Clinton De Rozario
Clinton De Rozario is a professional social worker from London, UK. He holds a BA in Social work and a degree in Applied Social Studies from Brunel University UK. Soon after his graduation Clinton embarked upon a 15-year career in social work for the local government and various non-for-profit organizations in London, specializing in Child Protection, Mental Health, Family Assessments, Youth Justice, Homeless, HIV & Aids, and Disabilities and Autism.
Since 2005 Clinton has served intervention and transport companies as Lead Interventionist and freelance interventionist, engaging with adolescents and their families, usually under intense stressful and emotional circumstances. The adolescents’ issues generally center around addictions, mental health, defiance, and challenging behaviors. Clinton has received positive feedback from both the parents and young people he has worked with and is often requested for specific cases by educational consultants and other referral agencies
Joseph Carroll
Joseph Carroll, a BS graduate of St. John’s University with Cum Laude honors, owned and operated an airline support services company for 35 years for which he had clearances with the FBI, TSA, the Department of Homeland Security, The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and US Customs. Joe was employed as Lead Interventionist with a major intervention and transport services firm since 2009. Throughout this period he flawlessly transported several hundred at risk adolescents and adults. He has also worked as Interventionist in a freelance capacity with private therapists and businesses addressing complex intervention needs.
Joe is married with two adult children. His wife is a full-time Teaching Assistant in a local public middle school, working with children within the Special Education program. Through Assisted Interventions, Clinton and Joe, supported by overwhelming client satisfaction, bring considerable experience, knowledge and professionalism to the mission of intervention and transport services while serving individual families, professional educational consultants, wilderness programs, hospitals, residential treatment centers, boarding schools and therapeutic programs of all kind.
